Health & Wellness Coaching is designed to create a program that works for YOU without sacrificing all the things you love. We will discuss your current lifestyle, goals, roadblocks, and strategies to create a holistic wellness plan that you can stick to through sustainable long-term shifts.

Since we are all bio-individual and unique, I meet clients where they are and customize the program to meet their specific needs. No one-size-fits-all here! We’ll focus on bite-sized changes that are both realistic and sustainable, incorporating nutrition, easy cooking techniques, stress management, holistic living and more.

As my client, you will receive:

  • 1:1 coaching over the course of 90 days (biweekly 60-minute calls) to customize your plan, check in and strategize personal solutions based on your wellness goals

  • foundational and custom recipes that work both for your goals and for your family so that no one has to sacrifice flavor or satisfaction

  • a customized notebook with resources, recipes, and wellness tips on topics like stress-management, detoxification, gut health and more

  • accountability through journaling and habit tracking

  • email and text support

  • one 60-minute reiki session and custom essential oil blend to promote relaxation & balance
