Laurel Run Cooking School Cancellation Policy:

• Please book confidently. Class ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, much like purchasing a ticket for a concert or sporting event.

• If you are unable to attend a class, we encourage you to send someone in your place.

• In the event of a class cancellation by Laurel Run:

  • Classes with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled no later than 5 days before the class. In these instances, students will be notified by email and will receive an account credit to be applied to a future class. If a full refund to the original payment is requested instead, the request must be submitted in writing 3 days prior of the scheduled class. Refunds may be issued, less a 7% processing fee.

  • If we cancel a class due to inclement weather, students will be notified as soon as that decision is made and will receive an account credit to be applied to a future class. If we do conduct the class and you choose to not attend, your credit will be forfeited.

• We reserve the right to modify classes or menus as dictated by the market and available ingredients.

• Please mark your class dates & times on your calendar, as we do not call/email with reminders.
