We are thrilled to welcome Tiffany Houdek, the talented owner and founder of Itty Bitty Bakeshop, as one of our newest guest instructors at Laurel Run Cooking School! Join us for Royal Icing 101: Fall Cookie Decorating, a special hands-on workshop on Saturday, October 18. Tiffany will guide you through the fundamentals of royal icing techniques — including outlining, flooding, and adding beautiful detail work — as you transform a half-dozen sugar cookies into fall-inspired masterpieces. You won't just leave with your delicious creations; you’ll also get a take-home kit complete with Itty Bitty Bakeshop’s royal icing and frosting recipes, piping bags, essential pastry tips, a paintbrush for watercolor effects, and a tips & tricks sheet for perfect baking. Enjoy complimentary Laurel Run sips & snacks while you decorate! Space is limited. This course is designed for adults, but mature students aged 16+ with some prior kitchen or pastry experience are welcome.
