Hands-on class, taught by Laura DePalma Isabella, Chef-Instructor
While we can’t bring you to Germany, we can bring Germany to you by way of our Oktoberfest celebration at Laurel Run! Join us for this fun & interactive hands-on class as we roll up our sleeves to make Homemade Soft Bavarian Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dip; Crisp Pork Schnitzel with Lemon; Buttered Spaetzle; German-Braised Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage; and Homemade Apple Strudel with Spiced Whipped Cream. We’ll provide the festive decor and oompah music (featuring Ein Prosit, of course), you bring your favorite German beer and beer stein. Bonus points if you dress in lederhosen or dirndl! Próst!
