Learn tips and techniques for side dishes that hold well (even if Thanksgiving dinner happens to start late!) as well as how to create a lovely tablescape perfect for a holiday buffet. Then enjoy this festive menu that has become a Laurel Run Thanksgiving classic: Apple, Cranberry, & Walnut Salad with Creamy Maple Dressing; Savory Pumpkin Soup; Potatoes Mousseline; Sweet Potato & Orange Soufflé with Pecan Streusel Topping; Cranberry-Orange Relish; Braised Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Cream; and Overnight Hot Rolls. A Thanksgiving Turkey Primer will also be provided in class materials, which covers brining & roasting your bird, making homemade turkey stock, and whipping up creamy gravy. These dishes are sure to add pizzazz to the holiday table! Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during this informative class.
