Recipes include Homemade Lemony Garlic Hummus with Pita & Crudite; Crispy Roasted Chickpeas; Skillet-Roasted Shrimp with Tomatoes & Feta; Lemon & Herb Chicken Salad Pitas; plus an easy and versatile Mediterranean Three-Bean Salad. For dessert, we’ll end on a sweet note with Greek Yogurt Parfaits with Roasted Grapes, Walnuts & Honey.
