We will create a colorful tablescape and buffet, learning about and serving festive recipes like Brie en Croûte (baked brie cheese in puff pastry); Spicy Shrimp & Artichoke Dip; Chicken Bites with Peanut Satay Sauce; Pecan Ginger Dip; Caesar Dip with Romaine; Spiced Orange Pecans; and vibrant, zesty Cranberry Salsa. You are welcome to bring wine and your camera… and an appetite!
