The Gentle Pause: A Nourishing Autumn Retreat
Saturday, October 11 | 2:00 PM — 9:00 PM
Imagine a day just for you. A day where the crisp autumn air invites you to slow down and breathe deeply, to release the stress you've been carrying so you can step into the most relaxed version of yourself. Join us at Laurel Run on Saturday, October 11, from 2-9 PM, for an intimate retreat designed to help you pause, reset, and step into the rhythm of the season.
During this day of renewal, you will:
Ground: Begin with a gentle yoga practice & sound bath under the turning leaves of the shade trees
Release: Journey inward with guided meditation, journaling, and a powerful cord-cutting ceremony to clear heavy energy and release emotional attachments
Create: Craft your own late-season floral bouquet and a nature-inspired mandala
Connect: Dance freely in the golden light of an open field with new friends
Nourish: Share a cozy, seasonal autumn dinner in the orchard
Rest: Conclude the evening with a nighttime bonfire and final sound bath by the pond
Hosted by Laura DePalma Isabella of Laurel Run Cooking School and Chakra Kitchen + Wellness, with Lauren Miceli of Sacred Rising Yoga & Healing, this intimate experience will leave you feeling peaceful and aligned.
Each guest will take home a thoughtfully curated gift bag filled with whimsical goodies. Spaces are limited. This event is rain or shine, so please dress accordingly and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and whatever makes you feel cozy!
About Laurel Run: Nestled on 11 picturesque acres in the countryside of Brownhelm Township in Vermilion, Ohio, Laurel Run is just two miles from Lake Erie and perfectly situated between Cleveland and Sandusky. It has a cooking school on the grounds, providing a variety of cooking classes and an unique space for private events and retreats.
