If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to master the art of sourdough, join us the morning of Saturday, July 25th as we welcome back guest instructor Dena Fisher of Dena’s Table. This demonstration-style class is designed to take the intimidation out of the sourdough process and give you the confidence to bake beautiful, crusty loaves at home.
Dena will guide us through every essential stage — from feeding and maintaining your starter to the final bake and everything in between. Towards the end of class, we’ll gather for a light lunch featuring a seasonal Laurel Run soup and salad, highlighted by Dena’s sourdough crackers and fresh loaves. You’ll head home with your very own active sourdough starter and packet of recipes & techniques to kickstart your journey!
