We’re excited to welcome back cookie extraordinaire Suzy Peck of Bay Village’s Peck Baking Co. for an elegant "Springtime in Paris" workshop on Saturday, March 7th, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Transport yourself to a Parisian café as Suzy guides you through the technical "savoir-faire" of professional royal icing, teaching you the essential foundations of piping and flooding to achieve clean lines and a polished, professional finish. While you perfect your artistry, enjoy a complimentary spring mimosa and light Parisian-inspired brunch bites provided by Laurel Run. By the end of class, you’ll head home with a half-dozen beautifully decorated Paris-themed sugar cookies, a comprehensive recipe packet, and the skills to recreate these chic designs in your own kitchen.
