Hands-on Workshop, Taught by Guest Instructor Suzy Peck
Gather with us for an evening of autumn sweetness and creative pastry art! We’re excited to welcome back cookie extraordinaire Suzy Peck of Peck Baking Co. for a hands-on, fall-inspired sugar cookie workshop. In this 2.5-hour class, Suzy will guide you step-by-step through professional royal icing techniques, including proper icing consistencies, dimensional piping, and smooth flooding. While you perfect your artistry, enjoy a complimentary fall spritz and light snacks provided by Laurel Run. By the end of class, you’ll head home with a half-dozen beautifully decorated pumpkin-themed sugar cookies, a comprehensive recipe packet, and the skills to recreate these seasonal designs in your own kitchen. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during class.
No experience necessary! Come solo, bring a friend, or plan a creative night out. All tools, aprons, and packaging are provided. Space is limited for this adult-focused session (mature students 14+ welcome).
