Hands-on Workshop, Taught by Guest-Instructor Suzy Peck, Peck Baking Co.
Recommended Ages: 5 — 12 (with a parent/guardian)
Get into the Halloween spirit together! Join us for a fun, hands-on cookie decorating workshop led by our resident cookie expert and guest decorator Suzy Peck of Bay Village’s Peck Baking Co.
In this guided class, parent-and-child teams will learn foundational royal icing techniques — including piping, flooding, and wet-on-wet designs—to transform pre-baked sugar cookies into adorable (and delicious!) Halloween masterpieces. You’ll practice making jack-o'-lanterns, friendly ghosts, spiderwebs, and spooky monsters to take home in a bakery box.
No prior decorating experience is needed—just bring your creativity! We’ll supply all pre-baked cookies, piping bags, sprinkles, aprons, and seasonal warm cider to sip while you decorate.
Ticketing & Registration: To ensure everyone has plenty of space at their decorating station, tickets are sold as pair passes:
Parent & Child Duo Pass — $85: Includes admission for 1 adult + 1 child, 1 complete decorating station, and a half dozen (6) decorated cookies packaged to take home.
Add an Extra Child — $35: Adds 1 seat at your station + 1 additional full cookie kit (3 extra cookies + icing sets). (Limit 2 children per adult)
Add an Extra Adult — $25: Adds 1 additional seating spot at your family station to join in the fun.
Costumes are welcome! (Please note royal icing can occasionally get messy, so wear something comfortable or costume-friendly).
